Today, Rainbow FM 90.7 had the privilege of hosting Mukona Training and Consulting at our auditorium for an insightful and empowering training session.
Led by facilitator Unathi Peyane, the session unpacked the building blocks of a successful radio station — from sourcing and researching content, to producing and broadcasting shows that truly connect with our audience.
Our team gained valuable tools on how to create impactful, inclusive and engaging radio content that speaks directly to the communities we serve.
